We had to move. Had a problem with the bike show. One of our number missing,
Den, and hope he will improve. May have to look for a new venue in the new year.
Made a loss on the show, which was a disaster. On the day it was a success.

Treasurer's report.

Statements and summary reports handed out. Reported that I'd handed over 
donation of £300 to fighting fund at last week's regional officers meeting.

Regional Rep's report.

We are approx 5% up on local memberships, but we still have few turn up for
meetings. £300 donation shows a very high return give the number of members
in the catchment. 
Trike helmet law in NI has gone quiet, but may come back.
Southern Region is not overtly political, but overall MAG is stronger on this 
front.
MCIA acknowledging MAG as we are helping to promote their trade.
Toxicity charge introduced in london this week. ULEZ also coming, and also
will affect locally with Southampton, although TfL figures show bikes as 
contributing 0%. Silvertown tunnel looks set to charge bikes as well. 
Demo in London next April. 
AGC - Leon notified he is standing down due to health. His position will be
advertised, and his shoes will be hard to fill. They will pare down the role
so they can recruit an ordinary member as an enthusiastic amateur. 
Thefts is a real problem. Tony Cox attended a police conference. Bikes are 
being stolen to order, and for use in committing other crimes. Police asking
for suggestions as to what they can do. 
MAG has formed an anti-theft group. MAG is not condoning any vigilantism.
Need more action against Silvertown charging, as this may ripple down to 
other crossings. 
Mag fairly healthy at moment - Can survive 6 months with no more income.
FEMA role questioned re leaving with Brexit, but no change expected. 
FEMA healthy with 12 months funding.
Clubs oficer required. 
GDPR coming next May. Will affect us with data retention. Expired members 
will need to be removed from database. Training for officers to be given. 
Training weekend up in York coming up.
MPs were sent letters congratulating them on election, to ensure they are 
aware of us.
Relation with Bikesure working well for both parties. Helps membership 
retention, and we make income from renewals. Also developing relationship 
with Bemoto insurance, who are corporate members. 
April 8th ULEZ demo. We are asking for this to be moved to 1st April as
it'll clash with Salisbury show.
Any contributions to the Road welcome.
AGC venues needed for next year, but we only have until December to bid.
National able to contribute up to £1200 to help with hosting, but costs
need to be minimised.
Foundation is alive and getting stronger again. Now have new trustees who 
are pushing it ahead again.

Rik only standing as Products. Elected unopposed.

Jim went to Indian Fusion and proposed having Xmas meal there. Has a menu
for inspection. Also option for Ham Farm. Proposal for Ham Farm, and 
carried.
Rik proposed winter 2nd & 4th weeks for meetings. 
Rik wants a discussion on vigilantism to be raised at our meeting.
